The Pheasant Interactive Darts Terms & Conditions:
When you make a booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Guests are not permitted to bring their own darts. This is for health and safety purposes and for our system technology to work.
- All guests must be 18+ to play, and proof of ID may be required.
- If your number of guests changes from the original number booked, we reserve the right to adjust the number of lanes allocated and/or your playing time to ensure all our guests have the best possible experience. Please be ready to play at your start time as we can only hold the lanes for 15 minutes. If you’re running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
- Only booked numbers of guests are permitted in the darts area and if required, players must wear a visible wrist band provided by us on their throwing wrist for the duration of your booking.
- If you allow anyone who has not paid to play in your game, we reserve the right to cancel your session immediately with no refund.
- We reserve the right to charge for any damage caused to our property or equipment.
- All guests must vacate the darts area once their session has ended. It is not permitted to throw darts as it could damage the sensor dartboard.
- Please note our cancellation policy without pre-ordered food is 24 hours before your booking arrival time.
- Please note for bookings including pre-ordered food, our cancellation policy is 72 hours before your booking arrival time.
- A discretionary 10% service charge will be added to your bill.
